The manufacturing focus centers on shifting from reactive quality control toward predictive control using cellular-state intelligence. Together, the updates show a split challenge: the clinical science is broadening (including autoimmune indications), but the operational systems needed to scale remain central to whether therapies can reach larger patient populations. As regulators and payers weigh real-world feasibility, both efficacy and manufacturing predictability are increasingly part of the same decision equation.
