Immix Biopharma announced a follow-on financing after an interim readout for NXC-201, its BCMA-targeted CAR-T program in AL amyloidosis. The company reported an 89% complete response rate among 45 patients in Phase 2 NEXICART-2, and said it is lining up a BLA submission next year, pending completion of final study data.
