Nouscom secured an oversubscribed $135 million Series D to accelerate NOUS-209, its off-the-shelf neoantigen-based immunotherapy program in Lynch syndrome cancer interception. The FDA granted Fast Track designation for the approach, aligning the company’s funding push with a registration-enabling clinical pathway. The company said long-term interception data from a Phase Ib/II study will be presented at ESMO, where all evaluable Lynch syndrome carriers who received NOUS-209 remained free of advanced adenomas and colorectal cancer at year one, with follow-up continuing for a subset at year two. The round was co-led by M Ventures and Revelation Partners and included new participation from Angelini Industries, the European Investment Bank via its Aurea co-investment facility, and Neva SGR, alongside returning international life sciences backers.
