Bristol Myers Squibb led a $237 million Series E for Pathos AI, lifting the company’s valuation to roughly $3 billion. The round, joined by existing investors, supports scaling Pathos’s Foundry platform, which uses thousands of specialized AI agents to synthesize program-relevant information across data types. Pathos said it uses Foundry to inform next-step decisions including subpopulation targeting, trial-design pivots, and early pathway cuts. The financing is also earmarked to move four active clinical-stage oncology programs toward key milestones, spanning assets focused on TROP2/HER3 ADC biology, prostate cancer, multiple myeloma, and MET-altered NSCLC. The investment further cements the trend of big pharma capital flowing into AI-driven drug discovery, with emphasis on agentic orchestration and dataset-building as differentiators for translating AI into pipeline execution.
