Shanghai Jiao Tong University characterized BsNb PX4, an anti-PD-L1/CXCR4 bispecific nanobody, and tested its antitumor activity in triple-negative breast cancer models. Using imaging and pharmacokinetic-and-biodistribution analyses, the study reported improved chemotherapy performance and enhanced tumor control in the TNBC setting.
