NeoGenomics said its tumor-informed RaDar ST MRD assay received expanded coverage from CMS’ MolDX program to include immunotherapy response monitoring for late-stage solid tumors. The test uses whole-exome sequencing to analyze up to 48 patient-specific circulating tumor DNA variants and is designed for longitudinal tracking during treatment. The coverage expands RaDar ST beyond prior indications, and the company said additional MolDX submissions are pending—shaping reimbursement momentum for MRD-driven monitoring strategies across oncology care pathways.
