Sanofi-backed Electra Therapeutics filed to go public to fund Phase 2/3 development of its immunology and cancer programs. The company says it plans to list on Nasdaq under the ticker ETRA after the Labor Day holiday window and expects IPO proceeds to support clinical execution and commercial readiness. Electra’s lead asset, ipsoprubart, is in an ongoing global Phase 2/3 trial for secondary hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (sHLH) and has received FDA Breakthrough Therapy and EMA PRIME designations. The filing also points to plans for additional studies in immune-oncology and healthy-volunteer settings for a second candidate. After its October 2025 $183 million series C, the IPO filing signals the next step in translating early survival data into larger pivotal-style readouts.
