Inocras closed a $31 million Series B-3 round for its clinical genome sequencing platform, according to the company. Existing investors DSC Investment, Dunamu and Partners, and InterVest participated, joined by new backers including IMM Investment and Korea Investment and Securities, among others. The funding supports expansion of whole-genome sequencing and Inocras’ bioinformatics platform in the U.S., along with growth of commercial and operational capacity. The company markets two WGS tests—CancerVision and RareVision—and said its whole-genome sequencing test is used by more than 100 cancer institutions across Asia. Inocras reported that the round brings total funding to about $100 million and positioned the next objective as transferring Asia clinical experience to U.S. hospital adoption to standardize WGS in cancer care.
