Beeline Medicines has secured a Series A extension adding $126.3 million to its existing funding, bringing total raised to $426.3 million. The company is advancing afimetoran for lupus, alongside other immune-condition programs including its biologic pipeline and earlier-stage planned studies targeting TYK2 and IL-18 receptors. Bain Capital and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board are among the backers, alongside Bristol Myers. Beeline said the incremental financing comes as it prepares for near-term data readouts tied to afimetoran’s clinical development strategy.
