Inocras raised $31 million in a third Series B-3 round, expanding its whole-genome sequencing and bioinformatics platform. The company said it will use proceeds to expand whole-genome analysis capabilities in the U.S., build clinical and operational capacity, and drive adoption of its diagnostic WGS tests—CancerVision and RareVision. The financing adds both existing and new investors, with Inocras citing growing whole-genome demand and momentum from more than 100 cancer institutions using its test in Asia. The round brings total funding to roughly $100 million, following a $23 million Series B-2 in 2023. Separately, Twist Bioscience reported fiscal Q3 revenue growth of 23%, attributing strong performance to double-digit growth across DNA synthesis, protein solutions, and NGS applications, alongside customer interest in AI-enabled drug discovery workflows.
