Chemolab Therapeutics and Scipher Medicine agreed to merge and rebrand as Scipher Medicine Corporation, consolidating development and extending Scipher’s AI-guided RA strategy. The combined company plans to advance nebokitug, an anti-CCL24 monoclonal antibody for rheumatoid arthritis, toward a Phase 2 trial with a topline readout expected in the first half of 2028. The merger also formalizes use of Scipher’s PrismRA blood-based assay to guide patient enrollment in the planned trial, aiming to position nebokitug as a precision medicine option for TNF-inhibitor nonresponders.
