Innate Pharma secured a large Sobi partnership for lacutamab in cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, including Sézary syndrome, in a deal structured around development milestones and an option for Sobi to obtain full global rights. Sobi will pay $75 million upfront with $40 million tied to near-term milestones, plus up to $465 million linked to the option and future regulatory and commercial targets. Thermo Fisher completed its sale of its microbiology business to Astorg, with the unit now operating as an independent company. Astorg also appointed Dirk Bontridder, former CEO of PerkinElmer, to lead the new entity and launch a corporate brand later in 2026, after the deal closed for about $1.075 billion. The transactions reflect ongoing portfolio reshaping by large diagnostics and rare disease-focused oncology players while maintaining development momentum across clinical pipelines.
