NeoGenomics said its RaDar ST MRD assay received expanded coverage from CMS’s MolDX program to add immunotherapy response monitoring for late-stage solid tumors. The tumor-informed test uses whole-exome sequencing to track patient-specific ctDNA variants, with earlier coverage already covering HPV-negative head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and certain breast cancer subsets. Separately, Natera partnered with Angiex to incorporate Signatera MRD testing into a Phase I trial of a nuclear-delivered ADC (AGX101). The collaboration aims to evaluate whether longitudinal ctDNA measurements can complement imaging for treatment response monitoring—pushing MRD from recurrence risk into active therapy management.
