NeoGenomics said its RaDar ST molecular residual disease assay received expanded CMS MolDX coverage to include immunotherapy response monitoring for patients with late-stage solid tumors. The tumor-informed, whole-exome sequencing-based test analyzes up to 48 patient-specific ctDNA variants. Previously covered indications included HPV-negative head and neck squamous cell carcinoma and a subset of HR+/HER2- breast cancer. NeoGenomics framed the coverage determination as a milestone for expanding patient access and supporting launches in a broader indication set. The company noted that additional RaDar ST submissions remain pending with MolDX, signaling further potential expansion of reimbursement as CMS coverage decisions progress.
