Benchling announced integration of NVIDIA BioNeMo models and NIM microservices into its Benchling AI platform, enabling users to run OpenFold2‑based protein structure predictions and, over time, generative modeling and property prediction without leaving Benchling’s environment. The partnership aims to collapse infrastructure barriers between experimental data and biomolecular modeling, letting bench scientists apply structure prediction and design tools directly to their workflows. Benchling framed the deal as a step toward faster discovery by reducing tool fragmentation for molecular design teams.
