Danaher Ventures is joining Automata’s Series C, aligning the instrument maker and automation software provider on modular, cloud‑native lab workcells. The collaboration aims to deliver standardized, high‑quality datasets for AI‑driven discovery by improving workflow reliability, data integrity and autonomous operation in wet labs. Automata separately closed a $45 million Series C that includes a strategic Danaher investment to accelerate deployments and scale global operations.
