Pythia Biosciences and Lexogen expanded their collaboration by integrating Lexogen’s single-cell and bulk RNA-seq services into Pythia’s Pythia Data Universe platform. The companies said the approach is designed to address limitations in public datasets, including sparse treatment metadata, small patient sizes, and uneven disease representation. Separately, Sprint Bioscience agreed to use Lilly Tunelab, an AI-based drug discovery platform, to support its research portfolio. Together, the deals highlight ongoing moves to pair computational workflows with wet-lab generation and to accelerate preclinical discovery cycles.
