CareTria acquired CaryHealth to build an AI direct-to-patient pharmacy platform designed to streamline prescription-to-therapy initiation and improve medication adherence workflows. The combined offering integrates benefit investigation automation, telehealth engagement, and digital fulfillment across U.S. states. CareTria says its platform can complete many benefit investigation cases in under 60 seconds and reported a 90% prescription-to-therapy initiation conversion rate tied to its cash fulfillment model. The system also supports omnichannel patient communications and options including cash payment, starter doses, free goods, and commercial dispensing. The deal reflects continued expansion of “end-to-end” patient access models aimed at reducing drop-off between prescribing, coverage verification, and dispensing.
