Enveda Biosciences raised $311 million in a Series E financing to advance multiple nature-derived, AI-designed drug candidates through clinical development. The round supports continued platform scaling and the next phase of execution for programs already in human testing. Enveda said three oral candidates are in clinical trials, including ENV-294 for atopic dermatitis and ENV-308 for weight maintenance after GLP-1 discontinuation. A third program, ENV-6949, targets the TL1A pathway for inflammatory bowel disease. The financing, led by Catalio Capital Management with participation from multiple healthcare investors and large tech and growth-oriented backers, signals sustained risk appetite for AI-enabled discovery with near-term clinical readouts.
