The partnership could generate up to $2.5 billion for Insilico, with SK taking responsibility for late-stage development and commercialization. Insilico said it will use its Pharma.AI platform for target validation, generative chemistry, and molecule optimization, with SK contributing development and clinical capabilities. The deal extends SK’s CNS focus beyond epilepsy, leveraging Insilico’s preclinical AI workflow to feed a broader therapeutic pipeline.
