Pathos AI raised $237 million in a Series E led by Bristol Myers Squibb, pushing its valuation to roughly $3 billion as the company scales its AI-driven drug development platform. The round reflects continued interest from large pharma in “agentic” systems that combine clinical, genomic, and specimen data with real-time competitive intelligence. Pathos said it plans to expand Foundry further and advance a registrational study pipeline that includes JSKN-016, a TROP2/HER3 bispecific ADC, alongside other oncology assets and an AstraZeneca partnership program focused on an ER PROTAC. The funding also supports dataset-building partnerships for Alzheimer’s disease and other neurological indications.
