Beeline Medicines raised an additional $126.3 million via a Series A extension, bringing total funding to $426.3 million. The cash will support development of its autoimmune pipeline, including afimetoran for systemic lupus erythematosus and BLN-326 for immune-mediated conditions such as atopic dermatitis and lupus. The company said the financing is timed ahead of data readouts tied to afimetoran, while also outlining plans to start clinical trials for additional programs, including a TYK2 inhibitor and an IL-18 receptor targeting asset. Existing backers include Bain Capital, Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, and Bristol Myers. For investors and pharma, Beeline’s capital raise reinforces the strategy of building internal late-stage readiness using licensed assets from larger pharma, with venture-style flexibility to advance multiple indications from a shared immunology platform.
