CareTria acquired CaryHealth to combine therapy initiation services with CaryHealth’s AI-powered digital pharmacy platform. The integrated approach targets friction points from prescription through benefit investigation, telehealth engagement, fulfillment, and adherence workflows. CareTria said the platform can automate benefit investigation in under 60 seconds for many cases and supports multi-modal fulfillment options including cash payment and commercial pharmacy dispensing across all 50 states. The company also linked the combined toolset to improved continuity of care during insurance coverage disruptions. The deal signals continued platform consolidation in patient support and specialty-like fulfillment workflows, with AI acting as the operational glue between providers, payers, and dispensing channels.
