In bioinformatics, the ODE-VAE based graph neural network model GNODEVAE advances single-cell data clustering, enhancing resolution beyond traditional approaches by integrating biological network information. Additionally, validation of Sybil, a deep learning AI model, confirms its robust lung cancer risk prediction accuracy in predominantly Black urban safety-net hospital patients, addressing racial disparities in AI diagnostic tools.
