Lonza signed a licensing agreement with InduPro to support development of antibody–drug conjugate programs using Lonza’s GlycoConnect and HydraSpace bioconjugation and proprietary linker-payload technologies. The deal gives InduPro a non-exclusive worldwide license to apply the platform to ADC targets against up to two oncology antigens. InduPro will combine its proximity-guided bispecific co-targeting approach with Lonza’s ADC synthesis and manufacturing capabilities. Both companies said the collaboration is designed to expand selectivity, widen therapeutic windows, and improve outcomes in hard-to-treat tumors—where ADC resistance and on-target/off-tumor balance are persistent development challenges.
