NanoMosaic and Solid Biosciences announced a comarketing agreement aimed at improving AAV gene-therapy delivery development and manufacturing analytics. Under the collaboration, NanoMosaic will jointly promote its Tessie automated plate reader platform for multiplex testing of vector genome and capsid titers alongside Solid’s Polaris-101 AAV capsid targeting skeletal muscle and cardiac tissue. The companies emphasized that pairing Tessie’s measurement of full, partial, and empty capsids with Polaris-101’s capsid engineering could support dosing and safety assessments. NanoMosaic previously received U.S. FDA Advanced Manufacturing Technology (AMT) designation for Tessie, positioning the tool for adoption in regulated AAV manufacturing workflows.
